Rainier Developments acquired this 2-acre parcel of land last year.
The site is being promoted for residential development through the Solihull Local Plan review. We consider the site provides a logical Green Belt release that benefits from a sustainable location being within walking distance of both primary schools, Widney Manor train station and Solihull town centre.
Currently we are proposing to deliver 9 new homes on the site which if delivered, would provide much needed new housing to the area.
