TIDBURY GREEN – SOLIHULL BOROUGH
We are actively promoting a 27-acre parcel of land at Tidbury Green to be released from the Green Belt and allocated for residential development through the Solihull Local Plan Review.
The site is located to the east of a recently consented scheme which is currently being delivered by Bellway Homes. The site provides a logical extension to Tidbury Green without significant encroachment into the openness of the Green Belt.
We are proposing a landscape led scheme that will retain and reinforce existing landscape features to provide well defined and defendable boundaries to the site.
The emerging master plan identifies the site has the capacity to deliver up to 120 new homes.
