Rainier Developments acquired this vacant two storey office building in Brindle Avenue, Coventry which had previously been occupied by a single tenant.
The site is surrounded by residential properties and benefits from direct vehicular, cycle and pedestrian access from Brindle Avenue. On site parking is provided around the building.
We considered the site to be suitable for a change of use from office to residential and secured Prior Approval consent for 49 self-contained apartments.
At the same time we marketed the office building for new tenants and quickly agreed two 10 year leases on both floors. Within an 8 month period Rainier acquired, refurnished, let and sold Binley Court as an investment sale.
