Rainier Developments have secured full planning permission for the demolition and redevelopment of the MOKA Nightclub site at Station Way, Crawley.
The scheme will deliver 152 new apartments and commercial use at ground floor level, in this highly sustainable town centre location immediately west of Crawley train station.
The train station site also benefits from planning permission for a residential led development which seeks to regenerate this gateway to Crawley town centre. Our scheme is being designed to complement and book end the master plan for the wider station regeneration, albeit designed to delivered as a standalone scheme.
